Very Very poor maintenance. For even for high priority service requests, time to complete is more than a week even after numerous phone calls, online service requests and email follow ups. Note to Community, please take care of residents and understand priority of the service requests.

I have been with the community for a little over 6 months and I should have trusted my gut before signing a 12 month lease. I have had issue after issue trying to get the littlest of things attended to or responded to. It seems like every time I contact the office I speak to Stella who seems to be very agitated by the simplest request and seems to irritate her to have to do her job. Anything the requires to be transferred to the manager Amanda is always a hopeless connection as she never ...

returns calls and leaves me waiting for a response until I have to call back and deal with the poor attitude of Stella and once I do talk to Amanda she seems irritated and eager to get off the phone. Makes me feel like I should deal with the issues rather than dealing with them to get things resolved like I'm not paying enough money to live here and have them do their job. I think they need to get some training on Customer care or find a new career.

Long maintenance response and unauthorized entries after new management

Response time to work orders take over a month, ending in an unauthorized entry even after contacting property several times asking to not enter during a weekend where I was out of town for the safety of my pet. 1. I filed a work order in the beginning of September 2. Work order was ignored for a month. I contacted management to let them know I would be gone for the weekend and not to enter my apartment with me being out of town for the safety of my pet. 3. I was contacted on the first Friday ...

of October (a week later) informing me that they will enter my apartment for the work order. 4. I contacted the property manager letting her know about the above 3 points, and made sure she will cancel the work order and keep them from entering while I was out of town. 5. Returned after the weekend to find out that they entered my apartment anyway.

I can say nothing but good about the apartments. Staff is great, the price is right for this area and I really do love where I live. Very quiet and my neighbors are very giving people the day I moved in. One neighbor helped me with furniture and the other gave me his wifi password before mine was connected!! Thumbs up man!

This complex is part of a much larger set of apartments. It has a pool, off-street parking, optional carports, brick two story buildings, and a tennis court. The staff is helpful and fair. Maintenance gets done fast. I enjoyed watching blue jays and mourning doves in the area. The air conditioning is underpowered
