Terrible building and even worse management
April 20, 2023Management couldn’t care less about you once you’re a tenant. Maintenance requests are ignored and disrespect is rampant. Many unhappy tenants who make this place a revolving door. August 18, 2015The Good 1) Location: 20 Minutes from Emory, walking distance to Piedmont Park, Atlantic station, Arts Center Station, Center Stage, High Museum of Art, Restaurants, etc. 2) Rent cost is relatively good for the area. 3) Great neighbors. Safe environment. The Bad 1) Parking: Sometimes there are no spots.
