Tier 3 properties for a reason. No good.

False advertisement. No super conditioning, dishwashers or ceiling fans. No place to receive packages, all packages dropped off in unsecure lobby, almost guaranteed to be stolen. Cleanliness in hallways and common areas hideous. Poor quality security doors frequently broken into. Management can't keep consistent office staff. Not even worth your time looking at. Used to be decent apartment buildings, now all Blaisdell properties are tier 3 (1 being the highest quality and well maintained, 3 being ...

the worst).
