Too many red flags before I even got an application.
October 4, 2021 - Review from Apartments.com
Their ad mentions how much their apartments cost, but their website lists much higher prices. I sent their page a message to see which was correct. Their bot replied and gave me some options. I picked one. Instead of answering my question for the options they gave me, they just said someone would be in contact with me. That never happened.
I call them after not hearing from them to see if they have any apartments available to tour. I made sure to mention we had a three hour drive and see what ...
their hours were. They said they had a two bedroom available to look at.
After driving three hours, I find out that their website doesn’t actually have the correct address, but it’s not too far off and I find the complex. After we go inside, they not only tell us they don’t have anything available to look at, but they say they never even talked to us on the phone. They asked if we called the wrong complex. We didn’t. The number was still saved in recent calls.
I had no desire to go any farther with this company and left immediately.
