Great place to live, awesome landlords
March 29, 2021I have lived here 3 years and would be staying longer if I wasn't graduating. These apartments are very clean! Every week they vacuum, clean the laundry facilities, pick up garbage outside, etc. When new tenants move in they repaint the walls, deep clean the carpets, and tenants moving out are given a detailed list of everything that needs to be cleaned. It's like you're moving into a new apartment. They respond to any maintenance issues you have very quickly. The price is great, you only have to ...pay for electric and wifi. Strict but Affordable
December 7, 2019The services provided by Charlamain is very exceptional while also offering an affordable price. However, the services offered, specifically the security services, operate under very strict conditions. Do not expect to be able to be the source of noice if anything less than a soft whisper after 10 pm on a weekend. Every weekend, a security service provided by the apartment (general security services Corp) will knock on the door when the occupants of the room are awake and making a conversation ...(not yelling) and threaten the city officials to arrive.
