These apartments should be a one star rated, only because they have walls and floor. these apartment are is move in dirty, the floor are peel and sticks, and the walls has been re patch over and over. they are bed bugs infected. the property itself is dirty. and the government pays rent for some of those tenants. When it rains it floods bad not the best neighborhood you do hear gunshots from time to time if you have visitors that come and see you and they tend to spend the night and you don't have a permit they will I repeat will tow your car if you don't have a sticker on your car they will tow it they are here every night religiously they do it while you're sleeping. that's how the tow trucks make their money $304 A pop cats everywhere out of control pitbulls running around killing other dogs I can not ...

So I didn't experience the rats and roaches but they are very nasty the maintenance is HORRIBLE . I moved in my apartment was so nasty they didn't even clean it up then when I moved out they didn't even know I was on a 6 month lease try to say I was on a year lease ..if u are on a budget and need somewhere to stay to get you by for the time is great u can make do it's not like it's under liveable

Worst life experience EVER! Please treat yourself kindly and do not move into this filthy place. The power goes off LITERALLY every other day because the jump box thing was old and nobody cares! If you move in, expect to live with all kinds of insects because roaches lay eggs all over the apt complex and other kinds of insects are attracted to that. It's horrible a lot of trash and I reported a leak and nobody cares. They only want your money PLEASE DONT MOVE HERE it's better to pay more money in other apartaments than this ones. I live in the second floor section 3 horrible the floor feels like it's going to break and a lot of roaches and the worst the air conditioner are old and doesn't work well and the walls are cracking up DONT MOVE HERE

Filthy, I made reports of ants with piles in my closet and leaks and 3 months later nothing still was done about it the accountant and the manager both present when they said that they were not going to do anything about it until I moved so he said he would let me out my contract, I have 3 kids so I up and left for a 3K bill was on my credit. F this place and Matthew and I cant pronounce the managers name. They signed my paper and I still caught the short end of the stick FYI they have RATS!

you certainly get what you pay for very cheap if your income is strict i give you that but i wouldn't want to live here in the long run and don't move anywhere close to the back the apartments are crime infested they steal alot and will rob you in person try to stay in the front apartments

It's cheap, you get what you pay for. No one parks in their own parking spots, so I always have to park blocks away, when off of work. There is mold in the vents, making me sick, carpet is dirty, everything is painted over. I guess this what I will have to live with until I get a better job.
