AMAZING location and great quality apartments!
August 15, 2021This place is AMAZING!! The staff is SO nice and willing to help with any issue you might have. They also continually go above and beyond what is required to make your time at the community a great experience. The security they have in place is really great. Any crime you see posted from other reviews is literally such a tiny percentage of people who live here. The vast majority of people will never, ever have to deal with any crime related issues while you are staying here and what does happen ...is handled flawlessly by the staff. They just got new package lockers which are great and the security gates keep any unwanted visitors out very well. Any issues related to packages are not a fault of the community, but are usually a fault of the carrier not doing what they are supposed to be doing. The apartments themselves are amazing quality with really high ceilings and doors, and great styles. I was amazed that they have over 50 floorplans, so if you can't find a floorplan you like, you are being too picky lol. They also just finished a newly renovated pool which is SO cool. Not only are the amenities nice, but the location within midtown is so perfect. Super close to all of the restaurants and bars, but far enough away where you won't hear any of the noise or other things. Plenty of parking in their garages, and they even offer several guest parking options. If you get towed, it is your own fault since they have signage posted all throughout the garage. Great place to live and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for an apartment. No other community in the area compares to this place. High End Frat House
March 14, 2021I was hoping for a professional community where I would be comfortable living, but what I got is more of a high end frat house. It definitely is everything that’s advertised in terms of location and amenities, but unfortunately the quality of the residents can make living here unpleasant. Animal excrement can be found in walking areas frequently, packages are stolen from door steps regularly, neighbors are noisy and have no regard for others, etc. The leasing office does what it can and everyone ...who works here is very pleasant, but for what we pay to live here you would want swifter, permanent actions taken to ensure we have a comfortable living experience. I haven’t even mentioned the outside disturbances that I can’t totally fault the property for, but there is a lot to account for here. It’s a great location, the aesthetics of the property and the apartments are really nice, but like I said the actions of other residents, and the safety/security issues surrounding the property really dull the shine of the property and make it frustrating to really be happy here. Great place to live
June 30, 2019Best place I've ever lived. I do a lot of work from home and love how it's always quiet. The technology package is reliable and included in the rent. It's walking distance from a lot of places and close to all the highways. Kenya in the office is always smiling and ready to help. When maintenance stops by to take care of an issue they'll check my lights or ask if there's anything they can do before leaving. Amazing
June 29, 2019This is my first apartment and I love everything about it! It's walking distance from a lot of places but not directly next to them so its quiet around the property. I love our perks discount card. We get discounts at a lot places I frequent like Nekter and Belle Station. The staff is absolutely amazing especially Kenya. She plans events monthly and I have actually met a lot of my neighbors. Maintenance is friendly and fast and the grounds are always clean. Been with Camden for ~4 years
February 28, 20193 years with this property, 4 years total with the other property also being in the Midtown area. Staff are wonderful. Location is great being easy to get on highways but feeling like you are somewhat secluded. Walking distance to bars, restaurants, and the bayou. Greatly enjoyed having multiple pool options - sometimes you want the spring break vibe but sometimes you want some peace and quiet. Great Place to Live
August 9, 2018This apartment complex is great! I lived here for over four years I and only moved out because I moved to another city. Maintenance was always prompt and solved what few problems I did have. The amenities are nice and the staff is very helpful - especially Kenya and Diane. This Property is NOT safe
March 5, 2018Camden City Center is the WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER LIVED. I never once felt entirely safe in my apartment home the rent is ridiculous for the lack of attention they pay to residents safety. Seemed like I got a weekly notification about a break in, armed robbery, or car vandalism eventually it became evident that they just stopped informing the community of the incidents. When multiple residents asked for higher security measures they said they were "working towards a permanent solution".... yet ...they claimed that putting up security cameras in the hall ways/entrances was an invasion of privacy (despite them being in the other common areas although not entirely convinced they even worked). In addition many nights I saw the "security guard" napping in their car on the ROOF of the parking garage! Do not live here there are hundreds of better/safe apartments in the surrounding area for equal or less cost!Property Manager Responded
