Things are always breaking. Maintenance is in your apartment all the time and barges in when your not there. One time I was sleeping and they were in my living room pretending to fix stuff. every thing is old. AC smells like mold.also alot of trucks and cars and crackheads park in front of apartments .

Quick move due to house fire --1st part

Home is truly where the heart is and lives. Most have heard that phrase or variations thereof. However, few REALLY appreciate those words until something happens. Our home of 20 yrs had burned downin late spring, and we suddenly found ourselves displaced, and very much dismayed. All I asked of my husband was to find us a nice, and safe place to live. He immediately got on line and Camden Grand Harbor was the apt community that he found. I looked it over, on line, and gave it 2 thumbs up! My ...

husband asked, "Don't you want to go in person and look?". My reply was very simply, "No, I love what I see, read many great reviews, and just want to be settled.". We quickly moved in and we have absolutely loved it! The apt community is as beautiful as the pictures if not more so in person. The surrounding grounds are wonderfully manicured and beautiful! There are not enough words to truly show the appreciation we have for the office staff and maintenance staff!! They all work in tandem to keep this community worthy of high praise.

We viewed a couple different properties in the Katy area and this property, BY FAR, exceeded all of our expectations! It doesn't feel like an apartment in any way. It feels like a house! The kitchen is large and open and the living room is HUGE! Both bathrooms have garden tubs and the curved shower curtain rods and the closets are the size of small bedrooms!!! Our apartment building is perfect for families. The location is near great schools in Katy ISD so it makes this apartment ideal for my children to live and grow up in. The neighbors are very friendly and also the staff are very courteous and attentive to all of our needs. Camden Grand Harbor has a great clubhouse that has a business center that includes computers and TVs, it has a refrigerator that is always packed, a coffee machine, and a 24 hour fitness center/GYM. All of the machines inside ...

the fitness center is updated and clean (doesn't smell like sweat!). I love that this building is walking distance to Katy Mills Mall, Walmart, banks, shops, and restaurants. Having moved from New York City, this kind of living this building provides is very relaxing! I love that when we have a light bulb out or our AC filter needs replacing, all I have to do is put in a work order online and it gets taken care of!

Finding an apartment is very hard. I use to live at the Camden Landmark in California and the experience living there was horrible. The staff never cared about anyone and the phone were impossible to get through to anyone. I was just over the place. When my husband told me that we are going to relocate to Texas my first thought was don't live in no other Camden Properties. it was easy for us just transfer our lease to another Camden Property. I gave it a chance and transferred here to Camden ...

Grand Harbor. When I first called them to talk about transferring they picked up the phone and was so welcoming. They went ahead and helped me out with everything. It was hard enough living in California not knowing what the place looked like, but the ladies in the front were so helpful and told me what my apartment would look like and how the neighborhood is over there. I trusted them and went ahead and reserved the apartment. Me and my husband have been here for about a month now and I can't say nothing bad about the place. It is a gated community, very quite, plenty of parking, garages and carports if you need them. Valet trash that picks up Sun - Thursday. Everyone is just so friendly and the staff here are great they help out if you need them even the maintenance guys are awesome. We have signed a 15 month lease and so far everything has met our expectations. Our two puppies even love the place so much when we take them outside to the bathroom they run around in the grass having a blast. They even have resident appreciation days where they people who work here come out hand you donuts, apples, water and orange juice and say," thank you for being a great resident." You don't see that anywhere and they also have different events for you can meet your neighbors and get to them. Honestly, this place is great and I give this Camden Property 5 stars across the board. I would recommend this place to anyone. Keep up the great work ladies :)
