A stressful place to live now (used to be nice though)

This management company makes living here like a part time job. They’ve been “rennovating” the 6 year old property since April, demanding access to porches and apartments to fix thing s that aren’t broken on a regular basis, oblivious to the covid pandemic or people working from home not needing the constant sound of construction outside. For months, my inbox has been full of alerts and action steps to move x or grant access to your apartment for y etc etc. The contractors they hired do not ...
help matters - they ruined my porch furniture and then decided to chill on a neighbor’s porch, making for an unpleasant surprise for that neighbor when he got home. Now, as covid numbers are spiking, they sent out an email informing residents that they would be painting the hallways with noxious paint, that this would take weeks, and that they will at some point be having workers prop people’s doors open for 20 minutes to paint the door jams. And it has been like this for months. I used to like living here, I really did. But now it’s all anxiety and email checking lest more of my stuff be ruined if I don’t correctly read the list of apartment numbers affected by this or that repair. On a new property that looked *better* before they started any of this. The management here is like having an awful, imposing roommate - I just want to pay my rent and live my life without thinking about how the building is managed, but noooooo. Used to recommend the place, now I would absolutely not.

This used to be a really good place to live, but Camden bought it.
Monthly events are gone, coffee machines too,today 4th July the pool is not working(clogged since 2 days ago),the grills aren’t working either, and if you try to reach the management to fix it,you will get nothing,really useless people ( check the community wall online if you wanna confirm this,is there).
Besides,during the past 6 months, we had 3 brokes in apartments,storage units and parking.
Two or three times in the ...
parking,one of this more than 20 cars got broken windows.
The response of the management was “is not our responsibility,Buy yourself an alarm”
So,if you wanna come here,the building is nice and surroundings too,but think about this that nobody is gonna tell you.
We are Still living here because of the fee contract,not other reason.

Olympia at Willowick park is great if you want a quiet location inside the loop, with great amenities. The whole complex is brand new, Olympia is still under construction, but has improved each week. We have access to the pool at Aria, as our is not open yet. The concierges are super helpful and very welcoming! As for actual apartments the living spaces are large, and the walk in closets are awesome! Only downside, be careful if your stove is on the center island. The height of the vent hanging ...
over the island can be inconvenient if you are over 5'10", I've almost knocked my head a couple times while cooking.
