Friendly, Quiet, Great Quality
September 3, 2015Great apartment for the square footage and rent. Never had any issues with appliances and layout provided lots of open space and light. Very quiet and could rarely hear any neighbors. Staff was always there to assist, and any maintenance requests were answered timely and friendly manner. Location proximity to HWY 183, MoPac, and I 35 was great.Review from Apartments.com

New Home in New Area
July 29, 2015Moving to Austin from Philadelphia, where the apartments seem 100 years old, my apartment seems like a major improvement in the sense of modern and cleanliness. The management staff here is amazing! They are very helpful and attentive to my needs, even though I've had so few. The neighborhood is peaceful and full of young families. I will mention there is a high volume of Indian's that live here. The pool is 3.5 feet all the way around, but hey, I'm not looking to drown when I decide to drink and ...do a little swimming.
