Worst place to live

There is no parking at all And cara get towed all the time I live here and I got my car towed 3 times already 80 dollars each time. Besides that the customer service is the worst and they raise the rent every year.

To resolve the excessive number of cars in this property, guests must register their vehicles. At this current moment, we partner with www.ourparkingregistration.com. Guests can register up to 14 consecutive days in the property thru the link above. An email confirmation is always sent with date and time of expiration of the guest pass. We also expect residents that rent an apartment home with an attached garage to park their vehicles on driveway or inside their garages. Terrible Maintence

The Maintence team is horrible, they just call a vender for everything there has been a ton of trash all over the property for months. Simple fix but isnt being done.

Excellent and Budget-Friendly in Plantation

Camden Plantation is a great place to live, and considering the area (West Plantation) and zoned elementary school (A+ Central Park), Camden is one of the most economically-friendly places to live. One of the highlights of this community is its maintenance staff. They are beyond attentive to any requests I've had and everything is addressed and completed in a timely manner. Jerry is one of our favorites (OK, they all are). He is so nice and pleasant and always has a friendly smile.

I love living at Camden Plantation. I have been here for over 7 years and have been comfortable and happy with my stay. The current office staff is so attentive and friendly. They always find a way to get all requests done quick and efficiently. The maintenance staff is so well mannered and knowledgeable. They treat everyone like family and I feel the same about them. I can honestly say that the service and respect I've received from the office team and maintenance team here at Camden Plantation is by far the BEST! Camden Plantation staff treats their residents like family! I cannot express enough my gratitude to Amanda, Debbie, Ralph, and team! They communicated with us before Hurricane Irma to make sure we were comfortable and prepared for such a storm. Camden Plantation is a great place to live! It is in a really beautiful area and close to the best elementary school and great parks. My apartment is huge and has an attached garage with extra parking in front. The maintenance team is so friendly and always show up within 24 hours. I've even put in a work order and they literally show up 10 minutes later. Talk about quick service! Parking: Score of 3 means: parking enough for 2 cars, people with more than 2 cars parked in fire dept. place areas; people would park in back of each other; on sidewalks; park in back of other residents cars; one time a resident parked in back of me and my moving truck and we had to call a tow truck driver to move a car, but the owner of the car moved. A neighbor that moved out hit my car the previous night and moved out the next day. I discovered the hit and run the next day and it was too ...

Cleanliness: Score 5 means: My fridge was dirty on the top and underneath was not clean; bathroom tub tile was had mold on sides of walls; windows had spray paint left on them Good features: Score 8 means: New carpet; New fridge; big porch; management was helpful Maintenance: Score 6: means: Fixed everything, but the plumbing was substandard because of a certain quick fix in the bathroom that will have to be fixed again, but the correct way. Bathroom sink still leaks water. Pest Control: Score 8: means when the problem was fixed correctly a persistent problem stopped after 6 months of pest problems. Great place to move into- Horrible place to move out of

This community was wonderful in beginning, the staff is friendly and the grounds are pretty well kept. Parking is terrible but overall is was a nice quiet place to live. When we went to move out is when the issues began. The apartment complex attempted to charge us for the removal of things in the apartment that we did not install. They tried to charge us for damage to the carpet siting our pets caused the damage but then did not apply the ' pet deposit ' of $500 to any of the damages they said ...

We paid our rent on time every month, never caused any disturbances and they just completely turned the tables when we went to leave. If you plan to rent with them, my advice to take photos of EVERYTHING when you move in and make sure it is clear and in writing what you are paying for and why, as they tried mid lease to continue to charge us for a garage we did not wish to continue renting when our lease clearly stated we could end rental at any time, stating that since we moved in that lease agreement had changed.

If I call and Mike is not there, anyone who is in the office has the answers. always friendly. The maintenance staff is the best around. Ralph and his men are top notch.
