Great staff and wonderful team. They are responsive to all maintenance calls and e-mail/texts. They remember all of our names every time they see us. Did my headline catch your attention?.... I have hands down had to be experience living here since I moved in in Feb 20. The staff, are EXCELLENT. the day I walked in I was showered with top notch service. I have lived in plenty of apartments before but this was on another level. I've lived in apartments before and Carrington Park is at the top of where I have lived. The grounds are kept clean and the staff is very helpful. Maintenance has been quick to attend to any needs I have had, which were very minor. I feel completely safe as my wife and I take nightly walks not just in the apartment complex, but in the neighborhood in general. The amenities are super with car washes, dog washes, dog park, and children's playground which my Grandson loves. There is plenty of ...

parking available and the location is convenient to some of my favorite places..... like DQ, Sonic, Kroger and of McDonalds. I almost forgot, that free cookie Friday is one of my favorites. I highly recommend Carrington Park for young families or retired families like my wife and I. D.U.
