Still Waiting After a Week Without a Fridge
May 6, 2025I’ve been a resident at Cason Estates since November 2020. Rent has steadily increased every year—predictably so—but without any noticeable improvement in service. If anything, service quality has declined to somewhere between average and below average. Maintenance issues have been a recurring theme throughout my stay. Wear and tear is understandable, the real issue lies in how slowly and inefficiently problems are addressed. They may be understaffed but that would raise questions due to the ...amount of rent we pay. Most recently, on April 29, 2025, I had noticed that my refrigerator was making strange noises. By the next day, it had stopped cooling and freezing food entirely. Everything in my freezer was mostly thawed and there was a lot of moisture in the freezer. I immediately submitted a maintenance request on April 30. It is now May 6, and not only has the issue not been resolved—I haven’t even received an actual timeline. Although I was informed that the maintenance crew have to work on who submitted their requests first (which I have no problem with). Nevertheless, I do have an issue with not having a refrigerator for this many days. Meanwhile, I’ve had to buy a cooler and make daily trips for ice just to keep my food from spoiling... 10/10 would recommend living here!!
October 31, 2022I am going on my 2nd year living here at Cason Estates and I would not want to live any where else. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They are one of the biggest reasons I would never leave! Huge shoutout to the property management Makenzie and Brittany, and also to the best maintenance worker, Scott! They are efficient, flexible, and quick to help you with whatever you need. I downsized from a 2 BD to a 1 BD (my roommate wanted to move closer to the city) and the transition was a breeze. ...I got a 1 BD that just got new renovated dark hard wood floors. Absolutely beautiful and well kept by the staff here are Cason Estates. The grounds are always kept super nice too along with the amenities are all very clean! I know they just added a huge at home work area in the clubhouse which is amazing for remote workers. If I could give this review over 5 stars I would. If you are looking for apartments, I highly recommend renting out an apartment at Cason because you will not be disappointed!Property Manager Responded

Mold in units and faulty A/C
June 26, 2019My personal experience as far as this community goes I would not recommend this community because from my experience the property does not want to live up to their responsibility when there’s a maintenance issue, I had a flood in my unit due to faulty maintenance in the unit above me which caused my unit to get saturated, they didn’t do anything but use a wet vac to pick up the water, after several weeks I ended up developing mold and the property did not want to live up to there Responsibility ...to have it repaired until I mentioned I was going to call buildings and codes to make sure my apartment was safe from breathing in mold and getting sick In which I developed a cough and wheezing in my chest as well as fatigue, after four weeks the community decided they were going to start doing a little more to fix the situation however this is after I called building codes, I decided I wanted to relocate due to the situation and I had three months remaining on my lease, however the apartment complex did not want to recognize the situation and let me leave without penalties. So as far as a recommendation goes I would not recommend this community because of these issues, also there has been several times where not only mine but other units have lost air-conditioning due to a failed unit, and they let the tenants stay in the units without having air-conditioning when the weather is hotRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
Excellent place to live
August 6, 2018Cason Estates is a fabulous apartment community in Murfreesboro, TN. I had lived here for a little over 3 years when I needed to move out of state. I was recently able to move back to the area and immediately called up the staff here and asked what was available. For me, there was absolutely no need to look any further. Cason Estates has wonderful layouts for their units - and mine feels much more like a home/townhome than an apartment unit. The staff is always extremely responsive and ...friendly - if there are concerns they address them immediately and without hesitation - although I can't say I've ever had any complaints. The amenities here are the best! From the fitness area and swimming pool to the newest one - Tech Amenity! Tech Amenity is 300 mbps wi fi internet service that is billed monthly right along with the rent (and at a cost better than any of the major internet providers!). This service recently became available and the staff here made the transition seamless...from very clear/concise e-mails outlining how to connect to having a representative from the internet company available in the office for several days to respond to questions. I can't recommend this complex highly enough...you will not be disappointed if you make this your new home!Property Manager Responded
