It keeps getting worse!!

At Cedar Gate Apartments, we've had new owners and a new management company every year for the last 5 years or so. While none of the companies have been worth bragging about, Monument Property Management, our current management company is by far the worst. They started out on the wrong foot by quadrupling our monthly water bill as soon as they took over with no advance notice and no explanation to this day.
What we now have is rude, condescending managers who show up whenever they feel like it, ...
lack of any capable maintenance workers, no security in a bad neighborhood, partially working surveillance cameras and continuously broken gates in what is described as a "gated community".
I've been waiting for 6 weeks for them to repair a single electric outlet in the living room. I've heard nothing but lies and excuses from management and maintenance but no progress in getting it fixed.
