Overpriced & Underwhelming
June 13, 2017The owners are trying to upgrade quite a bit & my apt is newly renovated but very shoddy in part. The painted trim on the doors isn't even done all the way around. Things are often broke when I need them such as the "new" elevator & I've been without hot water. I was informed of a "bug inspection" yesterday and arrived home today to find my new bed completely ransacked, which I find beyond intrusive and was not explained. The rent is very overpriced for the area especially considering there is ...no central air conditioning & that the gym is poor quality & the quality of tenants. I was told this building was adult only & numerous people have children living with them. There are homeless people all over & I'm constantly hassled at the gas station across the street. I plan to move somewhere safer less questionable where I can more bang for my buck.Property Manager Responded

Renters BEWARE
October 4, 2016Lived at Cedars 94 for a little over a year. The property is dated and rundown. They renovated the front lobby in summer 2016 to appeal to new tenants, but neglected the rest of the property. Garage floods every time it rains. I leased a second floor unit and could smell marijuana every night coming into my unit from the apartment below. The ceilings are paper thin, you can hear every footstep from unit above. November 6, 2015I've lived here for almost 2 years and I have never met a better front office and maintenance team. Kristen has been here for most of the 2 years that I've lived here and I've never met a more understanding, patient and awesome person. Everyone in the front office are very nice and friendly and always willing to help but I mainly deal with Kristen and she is beyond platinum customer service. Every time I see her around the building or in the office she's always cheery and smiling. And for ...someone to say she was "extremely" difficult to work with and unfriendly is EXTREMELY wrong! I will be renewing my lease for a third year mainly because of the awesome staff, the many accommodations(pool, sauna, fitness room, game room ect), the underground parking and the location. My apartment
September 24, 2015I am 68 yrs young, suffering from Congestive Heart Failure, High Blood Pressure, Depression and needing a knee replacement. I've lived here in my apartment for 11 years now. When I moved in I only suffered from the High Blood Pressure and some Depression and my place was okay! Now with my new elements living here is much more difficult. The apartment complex consists of 3 different addresses with long halls. Which makes it difficult for me to bring things like groceries etc. up to my ...apartment from the undergrown parking garage! Everything is so far away and for me now. Having an apartment with easier access, I feel would be a true Blessing and a great help for me! That's is why I am entering your contest. I sure hope I win. July 24, 2015The apartment is an overall good place. Its a nice neighborhood. i have no children so I am unsure of the school districts but the neighborhood is generally friendly and there is quite a few stores located in the area as well as only being a couple blocks away from the light rail. The apartment managing staff is friendly and they repair broken things very quickly. The apartments are a bit pricey though which would be the only down sideReview from Apartments.com
Livin' it up at Cedars
July 20, 2015Cedars is a great place for students and small families. The apartments are affordable and good sized. Cedars is located in a very good area so we have access to the gas station, food places, a grocery store, and Augsburg. If you plan on attending UM and are a student or staff member, get a bus pass- Bus 2 will pick you up right outside and take you right to the door step of the University! I love the swimming pool here! It is beautiful! Cedars also has an indoor gym. The girls at the office are ...also very sweet!
