The arrival of Spire and the fire department in the middle of the night added a frightening dimension to an already subpar living situation.Even when I was away, my bathroom window was smashed, and the management displayed a complete lack of urgency in addressing the issue. The week without heating during summer was met with a laughable solution: a window unit that not only failed to cool the entire space but also significantly inflated my electricity bill. The so called pool is nothing short of a cesspool, emitting a horrendous odor that made it unbearable to open any windows. The overall disregard for the well-being and comfort of residents is evident in every aspect of this property. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for a place to call home
