Great Location, Thin Walls

I moved in about 5 months ago and the location couldn't be better. It's near the Financial District so I can walk to work, there's plenty of cool bars and restaurants in the area, and it's a 10 minute walk to BART. It's even rent controlled. Being an old building, however, the walls are thin and you can hear your neighbors (especially the jerk family across the hall). Definitely check it out but invest in ear plugs.
