Run down, loud, and dirty
August 15, 2018No units have hardwood floors. The bike storage isn't very secure. There is hardly any courtesy patrol. There is no intercom system. Wheel car access only to two of the three buildings and the elevator are broken often. Not every apartment has microwaves or ceiling fans. There is no guest wifi that I could find in communal areas. There is no enforcement of community policies resulting in trash and bug infested furniture everywhere. The elevators smell like urine or dampness. Residents children ...destroy the landscaping, notices, and buildings. Trash company cannot keep up with residents garbage. The maintenance staff is very friendly and helpful but cannot keep up with up keep or repairs. The parking lots don't seem very friendly or safe at night and drug items and booze bottles can often be found. Screaming children often come out after 2:00 pm and run unsupervised until 12:am. There is a dog park but many residents just let their pets defecate on the courtyard lawn or on the sidewalks. Bags of dog poo can be found everywhere. Not the worst place to live but definitely not a good lease arrangement. If your a college student or young worker this is the place for you. But if you're seeking a peaceful place with affordable rent you might want to shop around.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
Clean & Friendly
July 24, 2015From the moment I walked through the office doors to fill out an application for an apartment, the staff was very nice & helpful. I didn't want to leave without actually applying & getting approved because I liked the property so much. On my tour the grounds was kept very clean & it's a gated community so not just anyone can come in. The one bedroom apartments are a perfect size for up to two people. It has lots of closet space & the living room is very spacious. I've lived here for only two ...months now & all of the residents are very friendly & clean.
