Cloverset Valley has been a great place to live at for me. I can truly call this home. I been here a year in August and I don't have any complaints or regrets. That staff have been on their job and are very pleasant and also quick to handle any problems. So, I am very satisfied.

Nice...until you leave

It was a nice place to live until I decided to move out. All semblance of courtesy apparently ends when you give your 60 day notice. Up until then I would have recommended Cloverset. Unfortunately I can no longer do that.

CLOVERSET APARTMENTS
August 14, 2015
I've lived in Cloverset apartments on and off for the last 20 years, and I like that it's not a huge complex, so if you need something taken care of in your place, it's usually done fairly quickly. The complex is close to 103rd street, which has a grocery store, gas stations, fast food, restaurants, car dealerships, etc. all very close to home. The rental company does tend to try and spike up the rental price a bit too much when renewal times come, which is not good when your income hasn't gone ...
up in years and nothing has been improved in your apartment, but for the size of the apartment, the prices aren't bad compared to other places.
