Does not matter how good of a renter you are; they will not respect you. The front office has always been rude and unwilling to answer questions. It’s very unpleasant. I would not recommend anyone to live here. Do your research, I know of many who run after their lease.

Live here if you want to hear your neighbor snore through the walls. Literally if your neighbor dropped a pin, you could hear it. Or if you wanna your neighbors dog whining and crying while they're gone for 10 hours a day, this is the place. Not only can you hear your neighbors BONG BUBBLES and coughing, you can smell it too!!! Because the climate control vents for ALL THE APARTMENTS are connected. Weed, nasty cologne and 5 kinds of air freshener is what my apartment smelled like 24/7. Gave ...
me headaches from the fumes. And pet smells. No smoking in the apartments but people do it anyways, making my whole apartment smell like cigarettes.
Also the pipes beneath my sink fell apart 4 times, destroying everything under my sink. My cat and i hated it there. From day one i was counting the days down until i could leave and when that day came i BOOKED IT. DON'T BE LIKE ME AND IGNORE THE BAD REVIEWS. Also the owner posts FALSE reviews online. Many items were broken or breaking and the smells were horrific. spent hundreds of dollors trying too live in clean air...,the basement and laundry area is disgusting, old and dirty .
Do not waste your hard earned income.

I lived at Crestview a few years back and didn't have a very good experience. I heard they had new owners and I needed an apartment again recently so I went back to see them. Total difference from before! The renovations are amazing, nothing like them in the area. Love the granite in my kitchen and the hardwood floors instead of carpet. The staff is friendly & helpful. They even know me by name. Work orders are done quickly and it has been a really great place to live this past year. I just ...
