Poorly maintained. Water is turned off often. Water damaged. poor grounds maintenance. Gates ripped off. The entire complex needs to be destroyed and rebuilt. Do not recommend. The golden days for this complex has past and the units are worth next to nothing...

roach infested

I'm not sure if its just my apt/building but I have been having problems with tiny little roaches since the first week I moved in. FIrst time I used the stove to reheat something, a small cockroach came out,,, I also saw a squished little roach in the drawers and one was even stuck on the wall like it had been painted over. Never again being this cheap. This is so uncomfortable living like this. Other than that, the office is very nice too bad they cant get rid of this roach problem,. I dont ...
even keep ANY food out-I put it ALL in the fridge.
