Don't Move Here
July 16, 2017So I have lived here since 2015 & can honestly say this is the worst complex I have ever had to live in. The first year I endured was miserable at best, nothing ever got fixed, policies always change the worst being the parking. My own vehicle has been towed three times due to lack of explanation on their new and forever changing policies. Oh and company is NOT allowed. Unless you have a sticker under no circumstance can you park here which means no family, no boyfriend, no girlfriend NO one can ...stay here over night they will tow. Secondly, ROACHES ROACHES ROACHES. They could exterminate daily for two months straight they're not going anywhere. Every unit, and I mean every as I've lived in completely different buildings and visited plenty, is infested. INFESTED. Do not move here keep looking. It's not worth it. Safe for where it is located
September 22, 2015Despite being located in a very "undesirable" area, the apartment community itself is safe; I've had no issues with regard to safety. The biggest issue is the constant management changes and the changes in policies that come with each new manager. Since moving in less than 2 years ago, there have been 4. In addition, the apartments themselves are not upgraded or very well kept up. Maintenance is ok, at best.Review from Apartments.com
