I thought the perfect apartment did not exist until I moved into Escalante Apartments. My unit looks incredible with open floor space and plenty of storage space. The location is incredible being on a street surrounded by beautiful trees and then driving up a hill to enter the complex. It feels super luxurious! I am excited for my future plans in 2026 with Escalante Apartments.

I’ve been here almost two years and it’s just as nice, beautiful grounds and lots of trees. It’s kept super clean! You can tell the residents and the staff take pride in where they live and work. The pool and new patio lounge area is superb!

The property management team has been friendly and helpful throughout our experience. My family and I found ourselves in a difficult situation, and they assisted us in getting approved quickly. However, I would have preferred to endure our challenges rather than settle for living here. I am currently dissatisfied with our apartment, which is why I rated it two stars.

The neighbors are great and the location is perfect — there’s plenty of places within walking distance so I can get my steps in every day! Staff is great. Property too old to be worth the price. We will be returning to our preferred neighborhood, because with our water and heating bill being so high here, the price is now equal to a Stone Oak apartment.

Renewed 3 times already. Very attentive staff both in office and maintenance. Place is very quiet with friendly neighbors. Pool is always kept up with. Gym is good (could use a little attention) and would be nice if there was a stair master
