December 1, 2025I thought the perfect apartment did not exist until I moved into Escalante Apartments. My unit looks incredible with open floor space and plenty of storage space. The location is incredible being on a street surrounded by beautiful trees and then driving up a hill to enter the complex. It feels super luxurious! November 27, 2025I’ve been here almost two years and it’s just as nice, beautiful grounds and lots of trees. It’s kept super clean! You can tell the residents and the staff take pride in where they live and work. The pool and new patio lounge area is superb!Property Manager Responded

November 21, 2025The property management team has been friendly and helpful throughout our experience. My family and I found ourselves in a difficult situation, and they assisted us in getting approved quickly. However, I would have preferred to endure our challenges rather than settle for living here. I am currently dissatisfied with our apartment, which is why I rated it two stars. The unit does not meet our cleanliness expectations, especially in the kitchen area. The appliances are extremely dated, and the ...unit is quite small, lacking functionality such as linen and hall closets. The neighbors are great and the location is perfect — there’s plenty of places within walking distance so I can get my steps in every day!
