Fairfax Arms Apartments

windows don’t actually close in some units. our ac are window units in the wall with cardboard along the sides to close it off from outside. Ll yelled at me when asked him for keys to the new place because he kept forgetting. Our AC was broken all summer, the new unit had a working ac. Parking sucks. there's street parking and a few designated spaces for special people. Every night one of us will have to park illegally (in front of hydrant etc) or walk from the main road. But the good news is that we never got towed. the cops roll through here every day but they won't call the tow company on you. But the break ins. our car was parked off in the dark corner next to our neighbor's identical car. theirs got broken into (busted the passenger window) but ours didn't perhaps because our dashboard has a stereo theft protection blinking light. Since we are next to a green space, there's a lot of foot traffic through here. some lady asked for a drag of my cigarette, and when I said no because i'm smoking it, I got cussed out. Overall you hear loud yelling across the park ask the time. sometimes it's a mental health thing, sometimes it's a fight, but there's always someone screaming bad language nearby. this place is awful in every way. oh wait, our cabinets are new, so that was literally the one nice thing.
