Keep Coming back
October 1, 2020I lived in these apt. about six years ago moved away and when I came back after Harvey I moved back. I have lived in three different apt. units and styles and can say I love living here. They are an older apt complex, so you will have issues that come with living in an old complex. But whenever I have an issue the new maintenance staff comes right away. This is a small complex, so you are able to see all who lives here pretty quick which makes me feel safe. I will say I do miss have a gym in a ...complex but the rent if so cheap I kind of get over it. lol Its not the ritz, but we are saving for a house so being able to live next to the galleria and have a pool, in a small complex, gated and no bed bugs and roaches. Im happy. They are upgrading the apts and you can tell we got new lamente hardwood floors and new tile in the kitchen. We are happy.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
horrible office employees
April 1, 2016Jimmy and Javed love to use the master key to enter residents homes without permission or even their knowledge. They even give the key to pest control guys to enter when residents don't answer the door. I know this bc it happened to me when I didn't answer my door. FYI THAT'S BREAKING AND ENTERING, A CRIMINAL OFFENSE! So many more reasons not enough space to write. I advise you to RUN!!!!!!!!!!!!! Great Apartment, Not So Great Maintenance/Area
August 25, 2015I loved moving into these apartments. They have a huge screened patio and lots of living space for a great price. I love the small community, but somehow it still took them a week to fix my a/c in the middle of this brutal Houston summer. Another reason that I USED to love these apartments was the quiet surroundings, however, the lot next door cut down/paved all the nature and built a moving company...with lots of loud trucks. Not to mention the loud music from a local restaurant you can hear ...whenever you walk outside at night. Overall it was a good and safe place to live, but if you seek quiet and timely maintenance there are better options.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
