He’s polite, moves fast, and is quick to communicate about progress and problems. He’s the best Ive seen in the nearly 20 years of living here. Keep this guy. He is money in the bank.

He was responsive and thorough over text and listened to my rambling voicemails. The tall ceilings and unique open lay out sells the apartment itself, but John secured a trusting relationship and educated me on everything I needed to know.Property Manager Responded

January 5, 2023 - Review from Apartments.comRed Tail has taken over. There is no response from management or VERY rarely. The whole acquisition has been horrendous. Homeless sleep in the entry way and stairwell. Snow removal is not done. The maintenance team tries to work with what they have but get no support and the "fixes" are done with super glue and jerry rigging. I highly recommend you look elsewhere.
