I've only lived in my current apartment (and complex) for a little over a month, but I have a history with my "new" property managers; AG Rentals managed my previous apartment complex for five years, and they welcomed me back into their family with open arms when I decided to move. I moved into Genoa Gardens last month (with my dog Phoebe), and I couldn't be happier. The apartment is comfortable with plenty of storage space, and the community is delightfully friendly. maintained, and the on-site laundry facility is always clean. Basic cable and wireless Internet are included in our rent. When I moved in, I noticed a few "maintenance" issues, and those issues were dealt with the very next day. Also upon moving in, I was given a copy of the "Resident Policies and Procedures" manual, which was very helpful; the manual clearly explained the expectations of the tenants, but also provided necessary information regarding payment and maintenance issues, as well as phone numbers/addresses for local stores and eateries. The AG Rentals staff members are extremely professional and thorough, but not at the expense of being friendly, sincere, and welcoming. They're running a business, but they're also genuinely concerned with the well-being of their tenants. I'm very, very happy with my decision to move into Genoa Gardens. Phoebe really likes it here, too. :)
