In Love with Our New Home

My family and I are so happy at our new home we've been here for almost a month and honestly it's been great my kids are super happy it's very quiet all renters are very respectful and Elma the manager and her husband are wonderful respectful managers we have had no problems with nobody schools around the area are great and we are only a few minutes away from grocery stores and Westgate Mall we are very thankful to have found this lovely cozy home .

We've lived at Hamilton Villa for close to three years as of this review. The property management firm, IPS, and the new on-site manager, Elma, are quick to respond to issues and pleasant to work with. The apartments are well-maintained and the neighbors are respectful.

My husband and I recently moved here and we are very happy living here! Moving can always be stressful, but Elma, the property manager made this process easy for us. She was able to answer all of our questions and concerns and make us feel comfortable moving in. The Units are kept fairly clean and well-maintained. Any concerns we had it they were able to quickly respond and fix at a reasonable time. We are very happy we made the move. I feel safe around the area and I really enjoy the fact ...
