Great Landlord
October 30, 2018We’ve lived here for 2 years now. We’ve had one issue which was quickly dealt with. The landlord keeps things in order and is great to work with. In regards to noise.... there are some kids who live here, their parents bring them outside in the courtyard to play (I guess they shouldn’t be inside playing on their tablets instead). It has never been an issue and they are inside before it gets too late. It is family friendly here and they even do bbqs and outdoor movies in the courtyard. Well maintained but noisy
September 17, 2018We did not renew our lease, other tenants were outside allowing kids to scream at the top of their lungs below my window close to 9 pm. No respect for others. This place was nice years ago, but new tenants changed that. Good upkeep on apartments otherwise. The brown buildings are worse with noise.Review from Apartments.com
