Management is terrible all reviews from even 5 years ago say the buildings were old then with bad floors. It’s even worse now.

Really nice and responsive staff, great neighborhood

The management for my building are very readily available, any maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours, usually before. Even when the manager has had to come to my apartment late on a Sunday night for a plumbing issue, he was very pleasant and accommodating.
I thought apartment was nice when I moved in, and they are constantly improving the property.
