3rd Year at Jax

I've rented in the Minneapolis area for a while, and this is the first apartment that I've stuck with for multiple years. These are the main reasons:
Fantastic management: Sara, Gabriella and Jose are great. Very attentive and professional, with maintenance issues being resolved quickly. This aspect has ruined otherwise good apartment buildings so I'm grateful Jax has had such low turnover in their team.
Quiet: I can't hear my neighbors while in my unit, and the surrounding residential area is ...
also quiet. I am top floor so not sure on footsteps, but I've never heard anyone through the walls, so it seems to be insulated. Neighbors are also respectful adults in my experience.
Good Price: They don't have any hidden fees that I can recall, and their yearly increases have been very reasonable. Since they don't have a lot of amenities the monthly rates stay pretty good compared to other newer builds.
Other random things: Parking is easy for guests, the public spaces stay clean, the alcove units have good layouts with huge windows, the appliances don't have constant problems, and it's in a nice walkable neighborhood.
Highly recommend checking them out.
