Not worth the amount
November 28, 2022Had you asked me to rate these townhomes a couple years ago, I would've agreed with the higher ratings. However, new management has taken over, and while that could've been a good thing, as it was often hard to get any issues resolved previously. I still run into the same issues now, only my rent has drastically increased while stating that they are keeping up with the market rates. I would normally understand that, but they have no regard for fixing broken things around the house nor working ...with current residents on outstanding orders and problems that are of no fault of my own, but rather problems with the units themselves or previous management. Due to the drastic increase ($300 in 12 months) and the lack of concern or responsiveness to any issues, the cost simply isn't worth the hassle anymore.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

BRAND NEW INSIDE - Beautiful Outside
June 5, 2017I am so impressed with the quality of construction, beautiful travertine tile, hardwood stairs, custom cabinets, stainless steel appliances with built-in microwave, gas stove and large side-by-side refrigerator. A full-size washer & dryer are also available. The en-suite master bath shower is fully tiled with a recessed toiletry nook. They even have additional coat and storage closets, plus a balcony off the master bedroom.
