Dog OK with $500 non refundable pet fee plus $35/month pet rent. Parking: Off-street unassigned parking lot permits available. Assigned private garage available for $95/month. Laundry: Shared laundry room by credit card Residents pay electricity, directly to provider. Residents pay gas, water and solid waste per Utility Addendum App/Lease Notes: Application fee is $60 per person. Security deposit is 1 month's rent, but could be as high as 2 months' rent if the applicant has low credit or limited rental history. Upon approval, the applicant is required to sign the Pre-Lease Deposit Agreement and pay the full security deposit within 48 hours. Full screening criteria are available on EIG's website or by request to EIG. This property participates in Section 8. Leases must end from March to August, so the lease could be 9 to 15 months, and not necessarily 12 months.

  • Criminal Activity, unsafe for families

    Just go drive by Kensington after dark. Form your own opinion. Trash all over, individuals go in and out of back fence, no lights in tenant parking lot after dark, no security cameras that work inside hallways/outside parking lot, door to let visitors in not in working order….not a good living situation for working class/crime free individuals.
