New kitchen cabinets, countertops, and flooring are all being replaced! White cabinets will make the kitchen incredibly bright and the neutral floors will fit any decor! Kensington is located in a convenient Brooklyn Park location, so travelling anywhere in the Metro is a breeze! We're unable to show this apartment unit it is completed, but trust us - you'll love it! *Finishes and trims may vary slightly from photos due to product availability* Appliances: Fridge, Electric Range, AC Pet Policy: Cat ok with $200 non refundable fee. Dog OK with $500 non refundable pet fee plus $35/month pet rent. Parking: Off-street unassigned parking lot permits available at $5/month. Assigned private garage available for $95/month. Laundry: Shared laundry room by credit card Residents pay electricity, directly to provider. Residents pay gas, water and solid waste per Utility Addendum App/Lease Notes: Application fee is $60 per person. Security deposit is 1 month's rent, but could be as high as 2 months' rent if the applicant has low credit or limited rental history. Upon approval, the applicant is required to sign the Pre-Lease Deposit Agreement and pay the full security deposit within 48 hours. We generally consider applications from individuals planning to move in within 45 days of the property's Estimated Available Date.     Just go drive by Kensington after dark. Form your own opinion. Trash all over, individuals go in and out of back fence, no lights in tenant parking lot after dark, no security cameras that work inside hallways/outside parking lot, door to let visitors in not in working order….not a good living situation for working class/crime free individuals.
