Independent Living for Seniors!

This is an ideal apartment building for a senior wishing to live in a community that affords walkability to grocery stores (Giant and Whole Foods), nail salons, beauty shops, restaurants, and even Starbucks! There is an abundance of green space, with walking paths, lakes, etc. to enjoy. Moreover, Kentlands Manor provides bus trips to D.C. museums, restaurants, shopping malls, and theatre, etc. The building itself is small enough so that you can get to know fellow residents. Residents ...
organize games such as Canasta, Bridge, Rummicub, Mahj Jong, Scrabble. The apartments are airy, clean with new stainless appliances for new rentals. There are one and two bedroom apartments in the building. Many of the apartments have outdoor balconies. There is a gym for residents as well. Membership to the Kentlands Community Clubhouse is also included. Common areas have recently been all remodeled and the staff is exceptionally helpful and kind.
