    the price of the apartment is ridiculously expensive and the apartment itself is not worth the money, they need to update the whole apartment, and the grounds are not kept properly, I do not recommend living here, do not waste your time or money.

    Upon moving into this "condo", I was very pleased with the washer/dryer set up in the unit, the dishwasher, the fireplace, the patio, and the promise of granite counter-tops and new cabinets. The Good: Heat in the winter, peaceful neighborhood, nice neighbors, car ports, no trouble with neighbors, great patio with storage, close to the schools, shopping, hospital. The Bad: Air conditioner doesn't work (even after "repair"), garbage disposal in sink never worked, never got my granite counter-tops ...
    or cabinet, dryer only works on HOTTEST setting, landlord "kinda" helps in unkeep... During my stay year-and-one-month stay here (as I am leaving this month), the landlord kept us fairly happy, but failed to repair what needed to repair, and asked us to do things (like repair bathtub seal, fix screen door, etc). The HOA here demanded that my kids only play in a select part of the neighborhood, which is ravishly un-kept and sub-dangerous. They are currently repainting the buildings, which will add a nice look to the outside, but the grounds are never at their prime. All-in-All, I appreciated staying here, and as any renter, I have my complaints. If you are interested in this neighborhood (The Knollwood Apartments and Privately Owned Condos), you'll like that the location offers everything you'll need and the highway is close enough, but not too close. As mentioned before, the neighbors are nice and we never saw any trouble in the neighborhood. I am comfortable with my family here, and would recommend it to any small family looking for a simple, inexpensive apartment in the Denver Metro Area - that's exactly what attracted mine.
