Best apartments ever

I've lived here 8 months now and enjoyed every minute of it. The staff truly cares about the residents' experience here and has to responded to any of my concerns quickly. I love the mountain views from the gym and saltwater pool, and also enjoy our complimentary espresso machine in the resident center. I don't regret choosing to lease here!

Excellent staff (Meredith Grace and Mike) with modern, clean and spacious apartments with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Great amenities in the office, gym and pool area. Super close to grocery stores and city parks! Just north enough to be out of the hustle of downtown and only a short drive to get there. DEFINITELY 5 stars

The office staff still treats us as if we just walked in for the first time, super responsive and incredibly friendly! La Bella Vita is so quiet and well-maintained. The apartments are well-built, cozy, and high quality. Our apartment feels so big and is honestly the closest thing to living in a real home that we could get. The location is great for easy access to everything in the city and it is very quiet. The staff is all very kind and knowledgeable! Grace, Meredith, Mike are all so helpful and you can tell they really care about their property!

Andrea went above and beyond in helping us with the leasing process and accommodating all our needs. We were happy to see how well-kept and clean the apartment was. A Great Apartment Home and Staff

I have lived in a fantastic 1-bedroom apartment home at La Bella Vita for a little over a year, and I have found the staff to be friendly, helpful, responsive, and very professional. I recently had a problem with my thermostat, which stopped working early in the morning during a cold spell, which meant the furnace could not start up. I called the Maintenance emergency line and was contacted within 15 minutes. I was told that a member of the Maintenance Staff, Johnny, would be arriving and he ...
would take a look at the thermostat. I decided to be at my home when he was there to ask questions about the thermostat and the furnace. Johnny arrived and he was well-prepared with tools and a new thermostat in case the old one could not be repaired. He made sure he had the right thermostat, then left to reprogram the new thermostat. When he returned, he installed the new thermostat, and the furnace fired right up. The "fix" for the thermostat and furnace took about 15 minutes. Johnny explained the problem with the old thermostat, and what he did to prepare the new thermostat for installation. La Bella Vita is a great place to live, and the bonus to living here are the staff members and maintenance staff and the customer care they extend to everyone. If you are in the process of looking for an apartment home, or are wanting to change where you live, look into La Bella Vita apartment homes. The cost is very competitive, the apartment homes are open, spacious, well-maintained, updated regularly, and the location is central to many local restaurants, activities, grocery stores, and medical care. Love This Place!!!
