November 7, 2019These apartments are not well kept the staff is incomplete no one likes to fix anything and then they look at you like your wrong because your upset! I am giving you guys a heads up do not move onto this property unless you want to waste your entire time there getting stuff half fixed. Go anywhere else but here.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live.. Lake kathy
August 18, 2015Lake kathy is a great place to call home.The apartments are beauiful inside, nice and spacious. The gym is great with epiqment the pool are always clean. If you need sonething fix they are there in a fast matter.. Great place to live hopes this helpsReview from Apartments.com
cheap rent controlled
August 7, 2015If you need a rent controlled apartment, this is an okay place to live. The school zone is great for elementary. Since you have CHOICE you can get into other schools. But I will say that some of the apartments are infested with rodents, and they spray but it only seems to make it worse. Depending on if you need maintenance for anything, it may take a while. One good thing though is if you pay rent on time and stay here for 2 years, they do have a program to help renters become owners.Review from Apartments.com
Low income apartment

July 23, 2015The reviews you may read online about Lake Kathy may be old and way to harsh. When we first moved in it was pretty bad, however, they have cleaned out the "bad neighbors". The rent is perfect. The staff is amazing. I absolutely love where I live. They are updating our amenities.
