I am not kidding you
Their place sucks big time.
It is the worst apartment ever unless you mind snoopy kids, rowdy neighbors and roaches, moths and other bugs with the possibility of black mold in your bathroom.
The matainence guy sucks, he only sends one guy to fix the problem by trying to make it look like they're doing work and the fact they don't fix anything after saying they will.
Would not recommend.
There is a problem with parking
the neighbors always have blasting music and they take ...
over parking spaces.
Kids always break the windows or something.
Also FLOOD ZONE
THEY DO NOT DO ANYTHING TO PREVENT IT
THEY SAY ITS YOUR PROBLEM!
So do NOT and I'm warning you DO NOT MOVE IN THOSE APARTMENTS
