Because when I cal or I go in person to the office they find a solution to my problem. Which most of the time would be my light flickering in the kitchen. I’m too short. So I can’t reach it. Other than that my apartment has never had any issues! I feel safe walking around the complex anytime. They make sure social distancing it’s exercise. A security guard it’s always making sure we are safe.

Since I moved to Houston years ago, I have lived two years in Katy. As I got a job in downtown and after look for others places, I choose to move in to LAKESIDE FOREST. Its location , the size of the Apartments, it's cleanness was just what I was looking for. I am comfortable living here as some of friends I brought to live here during these years..

Great apartment to live at I live in a 3 bedroom and it’s spacious. They are pet friendly and have things for kids to do also good schools and shopping area close by. Always quick access to I-10 highway so I would recommend my friends and family. Favorite friendly staff!!!
