Worst association ever
August 18, 2015My fiancé and I applied for an apartment there. We submitted the application without forgetting anything, and the landlord was supporting it. Nonetheless, a week later we heard that we had been denied. Of course we were surprised, since we have excellent credit and clean criminal reports etc. My fiancé went there to find out what had happened. They coldly rejected him and told him to call a certain phone number in West Palm instead. He did it, but the person answering the phone told him it was ...the association's job to tell us why we had been denied. He went back to the office, and once again they couldn't give him an answer and dismissed him. The landlord wasn't told the reason of our rejection either. So basically, they stole $200 from us, and won't even tell us why they didn't accept us in the condo. Worst customer service we have ever have to deal with.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
