First things first, remember to take reviews with a grain of salt. Especially since some reviews may have been rushed without thought to win a Bingo reward.
The apartment is average. It's the minimum you should expect when renting a place. Has appliances for everyday life and a bit of space. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t some downsides.
Depending on your neighbors or the area, it might be a bit smelly due to the dispensary not too far away at times or coming from your neighbors. Noise
...can also be an issue at times though not as often.
The maintenance team is mostly good at times responding to issues. However, the cheapness of some appliances and furnishing, and the average craftsmanship done probably causes half their issues.
Creatures may crawl out of your walls and drains or even through your front door. Luckily, you can request someone to come spray and things. Either due to luck or coincidence I have never seen anything done outside in the whole complex done for pests.
Speaking of the outside, the yard crew maintenance is a bit weird. They seem to be good at blowing leaves off the sidewalk, but then it just piles up at times and there are weeds around. Also, entire bushes seem to have been cut down to possibly reduce maintenance costs instead of just trimming them.
The place is fine for pets. Though often have neighbors leaving their pet’s business around.
The back gate used to work and was closed for no reason. Probably to save maintenance costs as the gates occasionally seem to break. It makes a bit of inconvenience having to exit through the front always. Also, some reason it still doesn’t have a no exit sign after several months, so still occasionally see cars getting stuck there and having to turn around.
The Amazon hub locker is useful, though depending on the delivery person they might just ignore it. A patio screen shade was added to some apartments, so adds a bit of security and shading though not easy to clean it.
If you work a normal weekday job, then you probably won’t be able to make any of the community events. Some of the food truck events they have had, had some of the most stale, overpriced food I have seen.
Lastly, the rent increases for no reason and seems just to match the market so expect to be moving out.
