Best tour ever
June 26, 2024Took a tour with my girlfriend today and we really like this place. Savanna the manager showed us around she was very nice, informative, and professional. Everything was nice and clean which was a pleasant surprise, as every other place we’ve toured lately is dirty and not well taken care of. This was our favorite tour by far and Luxe 1930 is on the top of our list for our move coming up in a few months. Thanks for the awesome tour savanna!Property Manager Responded

Perfect place for my Mom!
June 12, 2024My mom lives here and I visit her often, and I just want to say this is one of the nicest cleanest complexes I’ve ever been to. The property is always clean and the girls in the office are so sweet! I haven’t met maintenance, but my mom loves them and says they take great care of her. great place to call home
May 17, 2024I absolutely love my new apartment! The two big bedrooms are perfect for my needs, giving me plenty of space to relax and unwind. The in-unit washer and dryer are a total game-changer – no more hauling laundry around! The amenities are fantastic too. I enjoy using the pool and fitness center regularly. They’re always clean and well-maintained. Plus, there's a wonderful dog park that my dog, Rocco, absolutely loves. It’s great to have a convenient place for him to play and socialize. LOVE THIS PLACE!
February 2, 2024I've lived here for a little over 2 years now and I just have to say, I couldn't find a better place to live! The girls in the office, Sophia and Savannah are the best! They are so nice, helpful, and put really fun events together every month. Maintenance is also amazing. I've only ever had to put in 2 work orders for very minor things, and they came the same day both times and fixed it right away! My dog loves the bark park and he has so much fun playing with the other dogs in the complex. The ...gym is really nice and has everything I need for a good work out. I also love that its 24 hours because my schedule is always changing. Everyone I've met here is so nice, and it's so peaceful here. The location is awesome being so close to the freeway, and the gates are a huge plus. They also don't charge any amenity fees or hidden fees like every other place does. I've looked at other apartments recently just out of curiosity because I love randomly researching things, and there really isn't anything that comes close to Luxe 1930. Overall, the customer service is top notch, the complex is beautiful with great amenities, and my renovated apartment is perfect! Would recommend to anyone 100000/10!Property Manager Responded

Amazing Place to Call home
October 20, 2023I just had to share how much I'm loving living at Luxe 1930 Apartments in Mesa. First off, the staff is super cool and friendly. Sophia and Savannah have been a huge help with everything, from move-in to any random questions I've had. It's just nice to feel like they've got my back. The location is a big plus. I feel totally safe here, which was a big deal for me when I was looking for a place. Plus, there's so much cool stuff around, like restaurants and shops, so I never run out of things to ...do. I spend a ton of time at the pool—it's like my mini-vacation spot. Always clean and well-kept, and it's the perfect place to chill and soak up the sun. The fitness center is also a big win for me. I've been trying to get in better shape, and having it right here makes it way easier to stick to my routine. Whenever I've had a maintenance issue, the team has been on top of it. Super quick and efficient, which I appreciate. No waiting around for stuff to get fixed—it's always done in no time. Oh, and can we talk about the apartments? They've got this modern vibe that I love, with all these cool upgrades that make the place feel really high-end. It's like my little oasis away from the hustle and bustle. Anything but luxury
May 29, 2022First things first, remember to take reviews with a grain of salt. Especially since some reviews may have been rushed without thought to win a Bingo reward. The apartment is average. It's the minimum you should expect when renting a place. Has appliances for everyday life and a bit of space. However, that doesn’t mean there isn’t some downsides. Depending on your neighbors or the area, it might be a bit smelly due to the dispensary not too far away at times or coming from your neighbors. Noise ...can also be an issue at times though not as often. The maintenance team is mostly good at times responding to issues. However, the cheapness of some appliances and furnishing, and the average craftsmanship done probably causes half their issues. Creatures may crawl out of your walls and drains or even through your front door. Luckily, you can request someone to come spray and things. Either due to luck or coincidence I have never seen anything done outside in the whole complex done for pests. Speaking of the outside, the yard crew maintenance is a bit weird. They seem to be good at blowing leaves off the sidewalk, but then it just piles up at times and there are weeds around. Also, entire bushes seem to have been cut down to possibly reduce maintenance costs instead of just trimming them. The place is fine for pets. Though often have neighbors leaving their pet’s business around. The back gate used to work and was closed for no reason. Probably to save maintenance costs as the gates occasionally seem to break. It makes a bit of inconvenience having to exit through the front always. Also, some reason it still doesn’t have a no exit sign after several months, so still occasionally see cars getting stuck there and having to turn around. The Amazon hub locker is useful, though depending on the delivery person they might just ignore it. A patio screen shade was added to some apartments, so adds a bit of security and shading though not easy to clean it. If you work a normal weekday job, then you probably won’t be able to make any of the community events. Some of the food truck events they have had, had some of the most stale, overpriced food I have seen. Lastly, the rent increases for no reason and seems just to match the market so expect to be moving out.Property Manager Responded
