I love living here! Communication is great!! My only complaint is we have had trouble with the gates breaking. Other than that it’s clean and overall a great place to live!!

Clean and friendly. Right next to Shelby farms which is nice. Maintenance is always quick to respond when something doesn’t work. Pool is nice.

I love the quietness of the community, Friendly neighbors and quick access to places I need to go.The upgrading to the apartment need to include ceiling fans ,new fixtures on tubs, new closet racks

It has been a wonderful experience living at The Madison Shelby Farms . My experience with the employees has been wonderful and that matters. I locked my keys in my car afew weeks ago?? . Mr Lorrell stopped and helped. He didn't have too ,he works in maintenance department . Shout out to Lorrell for his assistance. Thanks for being a great place to live.

Decent apartments. Very expensive. Rent increases each year no matter what despite the going rate for vacant units being MUCH cheaper. There are no perks to resigning your lease. Parking is hard to come by. The noise from the interstate is terrible. The a/c units struggle to work well consistently. Spent 6 days without a/c this summer after the unit failed a handful of times earlier in the season. There’s been water damage over the shower since we moved in & the popcorn ceiling is crumbling, but ...
there’s nothing being done to address it. The traffic in this neighborhood is abysmal during the morning & evening rush hours. Stand still traffic that can delay you for an hour sometimes. Terrible spot for frequent wrecks too.
