Apartments near beach w/backyard

for anyone living in San Diego you're well aware that finding a great place to live that's affordable & close to the beach is the ultimate challenge. Add needing a backyard for s puppy and it's near impossible. All that being said I found this Tiki/surfer/camp inspired apartment complex that's a short jog to beach and walking distance to Carlsbad village - score!
They are 1 bedroom duplexes that have fenced backyards. The front of apartment has hookups for washer/dryer but also have paid option ...
too. I also liked that you park in overhang right in front of unit. I was lucky & got end unit with huge tree in backyard that offers great shade.
The inside has small but serviceable kitchen with a large area that serves as counter and/or place to eat. Family room is small but can fit kitchen table, love seat couch, and entertainment center. Both the bathroom & bedroom are big. Also, the bedroom looks out to your private backyard - very peaceful.
If you're looking for an affordable good location that offers the rare backyard near beach strongly recommend this north county gem.
Other mentionables: pool, area to bbq (but you can also have one in backyard), workout area, and you can pay rent online.
My dog Guinness and I love it here!
