October 4, 2021My first time apartment I moved in February of this year. My neighbors are wonderful people, Mrs Janice make sure everything working and everything is maintained. Every month they spray and check the fire alarms. To me Maple Pointe is the best place to move into if ur single or just moving out into ur own place.Property Manager Responded

Great place to live.
August 5, 2020My husband Tom and I really enjoy living at the maple point apartments. It is affordable and clean. Management has the apartments sprayed for bugs monthly along with puts in a new air filter for the air conditioning unit. Unfortunately we did not know we couldn’t have a dog and so we have to move out. Since our lease was almost up; Janice gave us grace and blessed us with a few extra months of living here even though she didn’t have to. Thank you Janice and GOD bless you.
