This place is full of Mold and the Management is horrible! The Management (tarnisha) is very rarely available during the listed office hours and if you are a tenant, it is very difficult to contact the Manager even though she lives on site. The rooms are very spacious but the quality of the building is poor. This was an old Mill (Dixie Yarn) that should had been treated for Mold more effectively. The turn over rate is very high here and management's lack of concern for important tenant issues is ...
beyond belief. Police are constantly in the building because the crime rate is high here. I would not recommend this place for women or people with children. All places have usual tenant issues but this place is off The Scale!
