Horrible management and apartment
September 11, 2019Just moved in a couple of months ago, already frustrated with the management and the building and all the noise from out side. Roch,mouse and their drain system stinks. Can't wait to finish the lease and move out. I should have trusted my gut when I did the tour.Review from Apartments.com
Poor representatives
March 22, 2017I called 6 times to know about the availability dates for 2 bedroom apartment but they only disconnect the line and finally when they recieve they again hang up the call. The workers are not so helpful. No more in my favourite list.Review from Apartments.com

July 23, 2015This complex has a great location for anyone who finds themselves in the Seward neighborhood of Minneapolis often. This is in the center of theater arts, colleges, and a great community atmosphere. Located right by several freeways and great views of Minneapolis with no extra view charge! Perfect first apartment
July 20, 2015This apartment is not perfect by any means, But I love it here, My 2 bedroom has a mind blowing view of the Minneapolis skyline. This is my first apartment and so far I am very satisfied with the facilities here including but not limited to the cheap laundry, a beautiful new sundeck, a pool and a fully loaded work out room. also with in walking distance of the light rail and many restaurants.Review from Apartments.com
