Def not worth moving too ! worst decision ever & i can't wait until I terminate my lease SOON ! Don’t bother moving in because soon as you move in because she don’t like to answer you anymore ! Also, she likes to watch the phone ring and NOT answer doesn’t respond to emails in a timely manner you pretty much have to harass just to get something done or expect her to have an excuse to why she didn’t respond ! Oh and expect your electricity bill to high sky rocket because it’s broke but let them ...
tell you nothings wrong & they won’t bring a professional mechanic out to look at it to fix the issue so expect to be hot in the summer time !!! Also , don’t try requesting for the owner number because she will LIE and say she doesn’t have it or know it ! And the walls are THIN ASF you can hear EVERYTHING & SMELL EVERYTHING. Whatever complaint you have get ignored

Toooo many roaches

They got too too many roaches don't live here the tiles in the floor are coming up and roaches are all in the kitchen my suggestion is to not move here if you don't want a thousand reaches taking over your kitchen but yea its just the roaches and the kitchen tiles are too old

Great place for a start up apartment. Its very affordable and allows you to save for a house or just build up your bank account. Three levels of grade school are in walking distance if you have children. Great for military because the bases are near 15 mins away.

It is really the ideal start up apartment. Rent isn't too high and utilities are included except electric. You can save money for a house or just build your bank account because it is so affordable. If you have children, three schools(Norview elementary, middle, and high) are in walking distance. Perfect for those in the military; bases are maybe 15 minutes from here. Besides that its a great community.
