    Noisy neighbors probably due to bad sound insulation. Stairwell in front of the package room has smelled like dog pee for the past 2 weeks. Broken tile in front of the south entrance elevator that hasn’t been fixed for months.

    It has been really nice so far, I wish the gym and pool were better maintained, the gym has broken equipment and a lot of missing machines so if they could invest in that maybe a second gym???

    Apartment is super close to the T; shuttle service is convenient. Gym is ok, does not have free racks but weights go up to 70lbs. Apartment itself is clean, well maintained, spacious. Kitchen amenities work well.
