I had an excellent experience at Moment. The staff was attentive to details, the gym was beyond excellent, the parking garage was reliable and safe, and the building is convenient to everything you could possibly need in the downtown Minneapolis area. I would highly recommend living in this building if moving to the Twin Cities area.

I realize everyone's experience is going to be different in any apartment community. Personally, I've really enjoyed being here. It's quiet and maintenance is very responsive to issues. I love the events and the people (residents and management) are wonderful.

Parking was just increase to $175 and you don't even have an assigned stall. The retention rate of this place is less than 30% hence why they have to offer up 3 months free to suck you in. Once they do, they will only offer you a $1,500 credit to stay when they give new residents $7,000+. On top of this we've had a lot of issues throughout our year here - - Safety has become increasingly more dangerous with multiple break-ins and thefts in the complex.
