FRUSTRATING

I have been staying over here since before Morgan Place took over. Since they have the rent went up, we now pay utilities and nothing has improved in my unit. They have redone the front of the building and the office, but when I asked what we get they said nothing.(your going to get a pool soon) i even asked to transfer and they said not now we want to get the new ones rented out to new tenants. (others have transferred) My water still doesn't get hot and the they took the night drop box away. I ...
couldn't get from Dallas (work 9-5:30) during the day Wed to pay my rent before the office closed and i have to pay 2 days of late fees because they were closed. We were told we would have an online site to pay rent since before I renewed my lease in Feb and it still has not happened.I just wish if I have to go up on my rent and and add bills that i could at least get something new, and another way to pay my rent. $110.00 is a lot for late fees, when you don't have to. It isn't fair and i don't recommend staying here, if you work and live paycheck to paycheck, and have no way to pay rent Mon-Fri.
